How long will it take for my library to ship?
Most of our standard library models are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. Custom orders or specialty finishes may require additional processing time.
Are the libraries weather-resistant?
Yes, our libraries are built using high-quality, outdoor-rated wood and finished with weather-resistant stains and roofing materials to ensure your books stay dry in rain or snow.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unassembled libraries in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and personalized signs are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do the libraries come pre-assembled?
We offer both options. Our 'Ready-to-Assemble' kits come with pre-drilled holes and all necessary hardware, while our 'Fully Assembled' models arrive ready to be mounted to a post immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the library model selected.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We also offer purchase order options for schools and non-profit organizations.
