At Little Free Library Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your book exchange products; if your item isn't the perfect fit for your neighborhood, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned library or accessory, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
